Dennis K. Holland
General Counsel & Secretary, Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc.
Dennis K. Holland was appointed General Counsel and Secretary of Inland Western as of November 15, 2007. He joined Inland in December 2003, serving as Associate Counsel in The Inland Western Retail Real Estate Group, Inc. law department. Mr. Holland oversees the Inland Western law department and is involved in all aspects of the business, including real estate acquisitions and financings, sales, securities laws, corporate governance matters, leasing and tenant matter and litigation management. He received his B.S. Degree in Economics from Bradley University in 1974 and a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 1979. Mr. Holland is licensed to practice law in Illinois. Prior to joining TIREG, Mr. Holland served as Deputy General Counsel with Heller Financial, Inc. and was subsequently employed by GE Capital following its acquisition of Heller Financial.
