Joint Ventures.
Partnering in joint ventures with local developers, Inland Western focuses on retail multi-tenant projects in geographical growth areas of the U.S. where the company can leverage its existing relationships with national and regional tenants. Since its inception in 2006, the program has committed approximately $115 million in equity towards nine existing projects, including three Target-anchored properties.
